You face’s skin is delicate and demands a lot of care. Those five tips will help you get a glowing, healthy looking skin, regardless of your age.

Moisturize Your Skin With Argan Oil

This miracle oil is packed with antioxidants and vitamin E; it’ll moisturize your skin and help control-aging effects like no other products. You can apply it to your face every night after you washed it. Argan oil is a dry-oil and, therefore, won’t clog your pores or make your skin oily. But if you’re still not keen on applying oil directly to your face, mix a few drops of argan oil with your regular moisturizer. Make sure the argan oil you buy is pure and organic. A good argan oil has a light copper-like color and should not have a strong smell.

Make This Super Easy and Natural Skin-Brightening Mask

Mix one tablespoon of honey and one tablespoon of lemon juice until you get a smooth consistency. Apply to your face after you wash it, let sit for about 15-20 minutes and rinse off. Honey, a great natural moisturizer, is a packed with natural anti-bacterial agents, while lemon will help cleaning pores deeply and fighting acne. Use this magic mask at least once a week: The results are stunning! It will leave your skin glowing, fresh and clean.

Always Protect Your Skin From the Sun

Sun is fun, but sun is bad for your skin. Try and overcome your urge to have a tan and avoid exposing yourself to it for long periods of time, especially at high UV hours, between 11am and 3-4pm. Always put sunscreen on, with an SPF of at least 30, and wear a pretty hat or cap or scarf to keep your face in the shade. Want a proof that sun will accelerate the aging process of your skin? Have a look at this man’s picture: He was a truck driver for 28 years and always sat with half his face in the shade of his truck and the other half exposed to the sun, with no sunscreen on. The image speaks for itself.

Eat Well

What we eat have a deep effect on our skin, especially on the sensitive skin of the face. To help getting a glowing, healthy looking skin, start by adding lots of fruit to your diet. Antioxidants packed fruits such as blueberries, strawberries, cherries and papayas, or fruit that contain lots of fiber like pears and dates are especially good. Also, drinking a lot of water is important. Try and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. It’ll have a purifying, detoxifying effect on your body and, therefore, your skin!

Massage Your Face

Besides from being relaxing and comforting like a full-body massage, face massage is great for firming your skin, making it glow and look younger. It stimulates blood circulation and toxins elimination. Incorporate one or two face-massage techniques to your beauty routine. Here are a few: Start by tapping your fingers gently on your forehead and around your eyes. Imagine that you are tapping stress and tension away. Extend the tapping to your cheeks and the area around your mouth to stimulate blood flow. Then press your palm across your forehead and push it up to the root of your hair. Repeat with other palm, and so on. End by making gentle circles around your eyes with your index and middle finger, from between your eyebrows down to the sides of your nose, then back up to your eyebrows and so on.
