Being the bronzer freak that I am, I was incredibly excited when the new Annabelle's summer collection landed at my doorstep, containing one of the biggest bronzer I have ever seen! But let's not forget that very pretty eyeshadow palette though, that truly has something for everyone.
At first sight, I was afraid that Biggy Bronzing Powder in Caribbean Sun ($12.95 / 0.65 OZ) would look too shimmery once applied on my skin - I prefer my bronzers matte - but no, it gives me that perfect healthy glow that we are all longing after, especially in the summer. I have to be careful not to overdo it though because it can quickly turn my forehead in a disco ball - not pretty!
I seem to never be able to resist oversized bronzers, even though they are not the most convenient things to store or carry around in a purse. I like how the big compact contains five shades that can be worn alone or layered together - although I personally find it very hard to select only one or even just a few shades - creating the perfect mix for any skintone. All the shades are warm though so be careful not to turn yourself orange if you are a very fair skinned lady.
The Biggy Bronzing Powder goes amazingly smoothly on my skin and although it doesn't show up as nicely as I would have expected on my light skintone, I have been wearing it non-stop for the past few weeks. Also, why not add a mirror?
I can't say I'm a total fan of the Eyeshadow Palette in Hawaiian Hues ($12.95 / 0.33 OZ) because, even though I don't usually go for bright shades, I was disappointed by the lack of pigmentation of a couple of eyeshadows. The neutral shades are very buttery and showed up very well on my skin without primer -except the black - but that was not the case for the brighter ones that required a lot of buildup.

I don't really like the packaging which looks a bit cheap in my opinion, although some may find it cute. Also, I don't really understand why all the eyeshadows are shimmer expect the matte black, that I have to use wet for it to properly show up.

My favorite shade must be that stunning copper (third from the left)! I think the Eyeshadow Palette is a fun palette that would be great to carry around in your handbag to quickly change from day to night as it truly has everything you need - except, again, a mirror. Also, be sure to use a primer with the colorful shades.
