Want To Make A Positive Change In Your Community? Read This!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Aviva Community Fund. All opinions are 100% mine.

Do you have an idea for positive change in your community? The Aviva Community Fund can help bring it to life!

Aviva Canada Inc, one of the country's leading providers of home, auto, leisure and business insurance, is pleased to announce the return of the Aviva Community Fund Contest. The third year of the competition opened on September 26, offering Canadians  $1,000,000 to lead, empower and support community initiatives across the country.

If you have an idea for positive community change, the Aviva Community Fund is a great way to spread the word and make it happen. Simply visit AvivaCommunityFund.org to submit an idea, and then rally support from friends, family, neighbours and co-workers. The most popular ideas will have a chance to share the $1,000,000 Aviva Community Fund.

New this year, the competition has increased accessibility via Facebook. All ideas submitted to the Fund will be visible and able to accept votes via www.facebook.com/AvivaCommunityFund . Also, for every like the Aviva Community Fund receives on Facebook, $1 will be donated to Free The Children to support at-risk youth programs in Canada.

Have some ideas? Here's some tips on how to get them noticed:

  • Reach out to friends, family and co-workers (and fellow bloggers!)
  • Get an insurance broker to support your idea
  • Use social media to promote your idea
  • Keep it fresh with new photos and videos
  • Take it to the press

Remember, winners are chosen on the number of votes, so spread the word!

Voting continues until November 30, 2011, and the winners are announced on January 25, 2012.

  2. Oui c'est sûr que MAC est très chère comme marque mais je trouve qu'ils ont des couleurs assez exceptionnelles pour certains fards ou rouges à lèvres :)
