What I think:

I am not a diabetic but I figured out I had nothing to lose by trying this cream as it's claimed to be great on dry and itchy skin. You can use this lotion all over your body but for this review, I targeted the areas where I had dry patches of skin prone to eczema.

I must say I've been pretty disappointed to see it didn't really help my eczema. I used it more than twice a day on my body and on my hands after washing them, but I'm not sure there was real improvments at all. My right hand (where I have eczema on my fingers, my knucles and the sides of my hand) does seem more moisturized and it's less itchy, but I don't think it will really make the eczema go away. I know it doesn't claim to be an eczema treatment but still, from the description of the product, I had high hopes. I will continue using this product and I will let you know how it goes regarding my eczema.

It's no big deal, but I dislike the tube packaging. It tends to get greasy and messy, that's why I prefer pump packaging. The scent wasn't great either, it smells chemical to me, but it doesn't last long when the cream is applied on the skin.

You must know by now that I prefer body butters over lotions because I like a thicker textures, but this cream has a nice light texture that is imediately absorbed into the skin, and it does moisturize well without leaving a greasy residue.

  2. My friend has eczema on her hands so I always read these with her in mind. I am guessing if it didn't work for your eczema, it wouldn't work for her. Thanks for the review!

  5. @Loveoffashion22 : Thanks! x

@Tracy D : Well it's pretty hard to say as nothing can truly heal eczema. This lotion did moisturized my skin and left the dry patches of eczema less itchy, but they were still itchy and they didn't totally heal. At $9.99, it's not that bad I guess. But then again, this product didn't claim to heal eczema.

@Mimi: The smell is never a huge factor for me. If a product works but smells bad, I don't really care (unless it smells really bad!) The scent of this lotion is rather subtle.

@Supergirl @Venus In Virgo : Thanks girls, you too! x
