Cooking | Decadent 5-Minute Brownie in a Mug

I have been addicted to this little wonder even since I tried it for the first time - it literally takes minutes to do and it's just soooo deliciously sweet and indulgent!

You will need...
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • dash of salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/3 teaspoon vanilla
  • small handful of chocolate chips (optional)

Whisk together dry ingredients in a coffee mug, then add oil, water, and vanilla and mix thoroughly. For an extra sweet touch, mix in chocolate chips (I did not).

Microwave on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. The finished product will be soft-ish and chewy. Cool for a minute and then enjoy right out of the mug! Yummmmm!
