A Delicious Way to Drink More Water: Crystal Light Pure

Beauty starts from the inside, and it's very important to drink plenty of water to have a glowy and healthy complexion. I have seen such improvment since I started drinking water on a daily basis instead of any other kind of drinks. I always have a bottle of water with me, no matter what I do.

I understand flat water can be boring, and this is why I love Crystal Light so much! I'm sure you all know Crystal Light by now, but today I want to talk about something relatively new from them: Crystal Light Pure.

Crystal Light has made a sweet breakthrough in beverages with new, naturally sweetened Crystal Light Pure. It gives women a new way to add delicious flavor to their water. In fact, according to Kantar Worldpanel Beverage Panel data, women who drink Crystal Light drink 20 percent more water.

Crystal Light  Pure contains no artificial sweeteners, flavors or preservatives. It is sweetened with sugar and TruviaTM, an all-natural, no-calorie sweetener derived from the stevia plant, and it is colored and flavored with natural ingredients. It  offers a naturally sweetened, great-tasting way for women to enjoy drinking the water they need and contains just 15 calories per 8 fl. oz. serving (one/half stick), compared to other leading fitness beverages which contain 10 to 50 calories for a similar serving size (Propel, Gatorade, G2, etc.)
Each  Crystal Light  Pure packet will transform a 16.9-ounce bottle or glass of water into a light, refreshing beverage.

  • It is available in five delicious flavors: Grape, Strawberry Kiwi, Tropical Blend, Mixed Berry and Lemonade.
  • Two flavors (Grape and Strawberry Kiwi) contain electrolytes to help aid hydration during light physical activity when you consume one packet (two servings).  This makes it a perfect partner to add to your healthy, active lifestyle.
  • Crystal Light Pure flavors contain 4 grams of sugar per serving.
  • Crystal Light Pure comes in convenient On The Go packages (perfect for Uni!)

What I like from Crystal Light is that it adds a yummy flavor to your plain water, but it doesn't contain as much sugar or calories as in your favorite fruit juice. I love to bring some On The Go packages to Uni and pour them in my bottle of water. I also like that these packets are good for two uses.

I have tried only one flavor, Grape, and I was surprised at how good it tasted. Honestly, who is a fan of grape juice (or am I just weird)? I was expecting it to taste more like grape juice, but it's actually really sweet and yummy, and honestly it doesn't really taste grape at all!

I'm absolutely addicted to these, and I would definitely recommend Crystal Light Pure if you are looking for an healthy alternative to flat water.

    12. Great review! I haven't tried these ones yet. They used to make a grape flavour in the original line (forever ago) which I really loved, so I'll have to look for this.

    16. I don't think these are available in the UK, but a couple of years ago I would have been all over them xD

I used to hate drinking water & would only drink it in conjunction with diluted juice drinks. Now I'm not so bad - still wouldn't mind trying it out though!
