  11. Hi Gaby! Happy New Year :) Best wishes to you for a fabulous 2011 from Toronto!
    You make using an art pen polish so easy! Seriously I cannot do that leopard manicure without my konad stamping plate :S I tried to do stripes (just straight stripes) for a candy cane manicure and badly failed LOL It was so bad I had to remove it and didn't bother trying again
    And I didn't know that you get eczema on your lip too sometimes? :( After Skin MD screwed up the skin on my hands and made my eczema come back a bit, I just used elocom for one night overnight and the next morning it was much better. Since then I just slap on my Cetaphil and Aveeno eczema creams and it works like a charm. I really think you should try either the Cetaphil or Aveeno care cream lotions for eczema - there's no steroids in them and they have both worked so well for me.
    Oh and I totally know what you mean by those symptoms of the itchy bubbles of water on your hands - I use to get them too all the time. When your hands are a bit better and you don't have that problem at the moment, try using the Cetaphil or Aveeno Eczema creams. I really hope you can get rid of it or at least not have to rely on your prescription creams like me.

  12. @JINX : Thanks!

    @❥ ќʀɨsтɨиɑ : Thanks for the follow!

    @Karen: Leopard print is the only design I have tried with a nail art pen so far, but it's really easy as it doesn't have to be perfect. I want to try zebra print and stripes, too! That's very strange that the Skin MD Lotion made your skin worst, as it's supposed to be designed for eczema-prone skin x= It really helped the dry patches of skin and the bit of eczema I have on my face but I haven't noticed any improvment on my hand yet )= I will definitely give a try to Cetaphil and Aveeno care cream lotions, because my other hand creams don't seem to really help. maybe I need something more than simple moisture? I'm so sick of eczema...

  13. Ooooh they look awesome! Love the shade as well - not too yellowy and not too orangey so it just looks totally gorgeous ♥

    Wish I had the patience to sit n create a look like this. I reckon if I spent 3 hours doing it it still wouldnt look as neat and precise :)

  14. @All Made Up : Aww thanks! I wanted a glittery golden shade (= You should give it a try, it's definitely easy as it doesn't have to be perfect. I'm absolutely not patient either!

  16. Hi again Gaby :)
    Hmmm it sounds like the eczema on your hand is stubborn like mine....although I was able to get it under control with a bit of elocom and then the Aveeno Eczema and Cetaphil Restoraderm creams. They both seem like regular lotion but it's not - because of what they have done for my eczema and like you, NO other cream I have ever used ever helped my eczema and I've tried so many :S I just really hope it works for you because I know exactly what you're going through.
    Oh gosh I don't think Megashine would be ideal as a base coat since it's so shiny and glossy. I thought you mentioned it in a post previously on your blog too.
    I heard about Poshe top coat from nail boards who kept saying they either highly favoured Poshe top coat or Seche Vite. Neither of them are easy for me to find and I just happened to find a couple of Poshe Top Coats at Winners one day so I decided to give it a try. I'll probably use ebay to get more seeing how MegaShine sucks LOL
    Thank you so much for thinking of me Gaby! I don't think I have seen Ardell lashes in Wal-mart, it's probably cheaper than Pharma Plus for sure but I'll have to take a look. You're right though - they are a pretty decent price from the MadameMadeline website :) How are you getting on with the lashes the company sent to you? I can't wait to see your blog post on them!

  20. So cute. I've done this a few times but never tried it with the glitter effect.. Something i'll be trying out x

  21. @Straight Up Glam : I'm also totally in love with leopard print and glitters, so I mixed them up! =D

    @Karen: Yes, my eczema is very stubborn! The worst is on my hands I guess, but I also have it on my forehead, around my mouth, and on my lips. It's very annoying, and nothing seems to be able to get rid of it! I'm not sure I have ever tried Eolocom and I don't mind steroid creams (except the one I'm using is so strong it discolores the skin a little).

    @Madiha: Thank you!

    @MINAKICHU: It's really easy, you should give it a try! It doesn't have to be perfect, and it's what makes it interesting (=

    @Barbie: Thank you!

    @Nikkay: I love the glitter effect, you should definitely try it out!
