Review: Caress Whipped Soufflé Body Wash

Caress Whipped Soufflé Body Wash Blackerry Cream

Price: $4.49/15 oz

The claims:
Want to tempt yourself with a delicious treat?

Caress Whipped Soufflé Body Wash is the perfect everyday indulgence. This light and creamy formula, whipped with Blackberry and Vanilla, gently cleanses and lusciously moisturizes, leaving skin supremely soft and touchably silky. With such allure and beauty, who will be able to resist you?

  • inexpensive
  • you get a big quantity of product in one bottle
  • a little goes a long way (you don't need a ton of product to cover your whole body)
  • creamy, rich, whipped texture, just like a body lotion
  • enriched with silky fragrance infusion
  • the scent is absolutely divine! It actually smells like cotton candy!
  • provides a silky and creamy foam with a nice consistency
  • doesn't leave any residues
  • the squeezable bottle makes it easier to control the amount of product you want to use

  • my skin didn't feel especially moisturized
  • the scent doesn't last long enough after use

What I think:
When I received this product, I was amazed at how big the bottle was (15 oz), and even more when I learned that it costs only $4.49! One bottle will last forever since you don't need a lot of product to cover your whole body. Oh and if I didn't know it was a body wash, I would have mistaken it for a body lotion as the texture is so incredibly creamy. Of course, the scent totally won me over (as you might know, I'm a sucker for anything sweet): Blackberry Cream reminds me of cotton candy! Caress Whipped Soufflé Body Wash is now enriched with silky fragrance infusion, but sadly, it doesn't last long enough after the shower.

Do you see what I mean when I say it could easily be mistaken for a body lotion?

Overall, I think this is a truly amazing and unique product. This body wash makes shower time a marvelous experience. I'm always looking forward to use it again! Unfortunately, Caress is only available in the US.

Available fragrances:

Blackberry Cream and White Peach Cream

  9. Great review Gaby :) I remember Caress use to sell their soap bars at the pharmacies here years ago. But now like you said, they don't sell it here in Canada that I've seen.
Yes I totally agree that it looks like lotion! It's a very good deal for the price and especially since it smells yummy like cotton candy :)
Right now I've been using the Nivea Shower gels. I love their scents esp the blue Creme Soft one. I have repurchased so many bottles. It's not creamy like the Dove shower gels but I really like the Nivea one ;)
