Thursday & Friday FOTDs

I wasn't really in the mood for posting pictures of my last FOTDs as my skin is actually at its worst condition... nothing seems to be able to get rid of those dry patches, not even that high raved about Skin MD Lotion -_- I have dry patches basically everywhere in the middle of my face! Forehead, higher bridge of the nose, cheeks, around the mouth... It itches like crazy... ARGHH!!And to top that, my eyelids have been swollen lately, and I don't know what I did wrong! Luckily, bronzer seems to tone the redness down a little, and I've been able to hide the redness on my lids with concealer, but what I need is a miracle moisturizer! My regular moisturizer stings when I apply it... x_x

Thursday FOTD:

Can you see the glitters on my lids? Takes a closer look:

The glitters don't really show up on camera -_-

  2. hey hun, try putting a layer of a petroleum product such as ardens 8 hour cream on overnight. It is very greasy but in the morning the dry patches should be better :)xx

  3. Glitter is so hard to photograph but I use it ALL the time anyway. So cute!
My skin is being evil to me right now too so you're not alone! Using a moisturizing cream cleanser and a nice lotion helps me in the winter time.

  4. Nice looks.. very natural, I likey! :)

Try adding a little bit of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to your night cream and exfoliate as often as you can. That should help.

Have you tried LUSH Dark Angels cleanser? I think it would be beneficial to you. Check it out!

  6. Great deal with the pigment! Bronze really compliments your eye colour well :) Great job with the FOTD Gaby!
Oh and I had a bout of terrible dry, flaking skin years ago out of nowhere. I saw like 3 doctors who recommended I switch to Dove Soap, Aveeno cream/bath products and one doctor even told me to not bath/shower daily (ewww! I did not take her advice LOL). None of those worked. I finally saw a dermatologist and he recommended Cetaphil lotion twice a day. I now use it once a day after shower but it has worked wonders for me. I still use it now everyday like several years later. So give Cetaphil a try if all else fails.
